Welcome to Mare Blu, our luxury 6 bedroom villa, located overlooking Rendezvous Bay on the beautiful Island of St. John. This wonderfully designed villa offers guests a unique and special atmosphere, with its bright colors and breathtaking views, you will be sure to have a great stay here. Mare Blu was built in four spacious pavilions linked together by generous outdoor living spaces. With the sparkling pool and tropical gardens, Mare Blue offers full air conditioning throughout the villa and its excellent floor plan is designed so that all of the home's living space and pool is on one level.

The outdoor kitchen is perfect for alfresco dining and includes a professional gas grill, second oven, ice maker and ample counter top space. The dining room joins the covered outdoor living room resulting in one expansive outdoor living space with amazing ocean views every way you turn. With an abundance of outdoor seating and lounging furniture, this space is the true heart of the villa. Guests spend much of their time in the shade of the veranda enjoying the warm sea breeze and reading, listening to music, enjoying cocktails and conversation while taking in the beauty of the seascape.

The covered veranda flows directly into the sundeck and the infinity edge pool, surrounded by comfortable chaise longues. In the poolside lounge there is an inviting pair of Dedon swivel chairs - built for two or three. The lounge contains a flat screen television with cable and DVD player. The flat screen can be viewed while afloat in the pool. The thoughtfully designed lounge also includes refrigerator drawers for drinks and snacks, a closet filled with floats and pool toys and a powder room for convenience. Just next door, in the laundry room, guests will find a large stock of fresh beach towels. From one end of this amazing outdoor space to the other, the ocean views are framed with color and texture by a garden of tropical plants. Large pots overflowing with native plants punctuate the veranda with cascading color.

The great room provides guests with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It features a 62 inch TV with cable, DVD player and movies and ample seating for everyone. From here you can walk out onto the balcony. Here guests can relax with a book or simply take in the stunning view while enjoying the cooling breeze. The great room has an open plan design and guests can walk directly into the large fully equipped kitchen. Everything needed to create the perfect meal can be found here. Sliding glass pocket doors lead from Mare Blu's indoor kitchen to its outdoor kitchen.

This villa is absolutely perfect for a large family vacation. It is also ideal for six couples travelling together as it is large enough to ensure privacy but also to accommodate everyone together for dinner and cocktails.

• Telephone: There are telephones at the villa. All cell phones work on the island but can be sporadic at times, ATT cell phones work best on St. John (with no roaming). Cell phones work well on the wi-fi network.
• Security: For privacy, a security gate is installed at the top of the villa driveway. Some bedroom have a safe for jewelry and other valuables.
• Back-Up Power: There is a generator with automatic transfer switch. If the electric power goes off, the generator will start in 3 seconds and the power in the villa will be restored. The back up power runs everything in the house except the AC.
• Mosquito control (cuts back on number of mosquitoes)
• Washer and Dryer
