Welcome to Villa Maona, an elegantly restored 18th-century five-bedroom villa nestled among the rolling green hills of Montecatini Terme.
The city is renowned for its centuries-old thermal waters and distinguished visitors to Villa Maona's beautifully restored 18th-century villa. Fully modernized for comfort while preserving its authentic Tuscan charm, the villa provides a perfect blend of relaxation and tradition. The property features a private park with a 9x4-meter swimming pool (1.5 meters deep), olive groves, and cypress trees, all overlooking the historic village of Montecatini Alto and the vibrant city of Montecatini Terme.
The villa is named after the nearby Grotto Maona, a popular attraction for guided tours. Villa Maona is ideally situated for exploring Tuscany’s treasures. You can easily visit the sandy beaches of Versilia and the iconic cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, and Lucca from the villa. The region also offers numerous vineyards for wine tasting, allowing guests to savor the best of Tuscan flavors.
The villa’s exterior reflects the classic Tuscan farmhouse style, facing south to capture abundant sunlight throughout the day. Its strategic location places you just minutes from essential amenities, including supermarkets, charming boutiques, and authentic restaurants. Recreational activities like golf, tennis, horseback riding, cycling, fishing, and trekking are also close at hand.
The interior of Villa Maona has been tastefully restored, featuring bright, spacious areas designed for comfort and relaxation. A large dining room, seating up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace offer direct access to the park. The lounge area, adorned with expansive windows, provides stunning views of the valley.
The villa includes a private pool (available from April through October), indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, a billiard table, a ping pong table, an alarm system, a washing machine, and a dryer.
