Service Hours:
• Coffee service starts at 8:00 am, and breakfast is typically served between 8:45 and 9:00 am. Please review your meal schedule with the staff.
• We will gladly accommodate service requests before 8:00 a.m., but please coordinate with the villa houseman 24 hours in advance.
• Dinner is served no later than 7:00 pm. After dinner, the staff will clean up, serve a final round of drinks, and finish their night duties.
Additional Staff / Extra Service Hours
Please request additional staff or service hours in advance. Our House Manager will determine the number of additional staff needed. If staff are required to work past the regular service hours, an automatic fee will be applied per staff member per additional hour(s). The fee will be determined by the Property Manager base on the number of staff and hours required.
