Villa C is a south-oriented 3-level villa of 120m2. This spacious villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total and can accommodate up to 6 people. It also features a private infinity pool where guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the water after an afternoon of sunbathing.

Each bedroom in the villa is beautifully designed to the highest standard and encompasses all things luxury. The rooms are filled with comfortable furnishings and will guarantee you a wonderful night’s sleep. Wake in the morning to the most exceptional views and superb sunlight.

The semi-basement area in the property is kept cool during the summer months. This makes it the perfect place to shelter from the warm sun if you wish to cool off in the afternoon. It is also adequately illuminated by natural light through two large, glazed windows that open into a small personal garden. The large windows fuse the indoor and the outdoor creating a wonderful space for guests.

The ground floor of Luria Villa B is a single room and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a seating area with a TV. Have a movie night in with your guests and take advantage of the luxury and coziness of the home. Extra relaxation and dining areas are available on the terraces, under a covered pergola that surrounds the house.

The first floor consists of a separate, spacious suite and four-leaf glazing grows along the entire length of the balcony. This is the ideal place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a yoga session to kick-start your day in paradise the right way. From there, the horizon opens giving a perfect view, in the foreground at the Toronean Gulf with the island of Kelyfos, across the peninsula of Kassandra, and in the deep west, on the peaks of Mount Olympus.

The three Luria homes, Villa A, Villa B, and Villa C, have many similarities in their design, also each one has some beautiful unique characteristics. Externally, the dominant color of their architecture is white which is fused with metal elements and wooden surfaces.

All the internal areas of the three luxurious homes, from the most personal bedrooms and bathrooms to the communal dining areas, are governed by a distinctive style. The spaces offer a selection of decorative touches appropriate to a summer resort, providing all the modern comforts you could need.

Each of the Luria Homes residences has a private garden with direct access from the ground floor, spread out in front of the houses reaching very close to the private rocky beach. A few steps from the terraces there is also the private infinity pool, each of which is surrounded by greenery, giving the opportunity for relaxation and play for all members of your group. Flowering plants harmoniously separate the three houses, offering privacy to our guests and guaranteeing recreation and tranquillity.

Luria Homes are surrounded by a private area of 6km2 of lush vegetation and a lovely, themed garden developing a sense of privacy for you and your guests. The themed garden, at the front side of the space, features a collection of aromatic herbs such as lavender and rosemary full of healing properties that represent peace and serenity and create a calming retreat.

At the backside of the Luria Homes, the ruins of an early Christian church were discovered and unearthed. It is possible to view them only from the property of Luria Homes. This adds another unique and exclusive aspect to your vacation. At the rear of the villas, there are also an array of olive trees, some of the oldest in Sithonia, estimated over 100 years old. Wander through the trees or sit underneath one and enjoy a good book. A perfect afternoon in paradise.

LOCATION:
Luria Homes are located at a very favorable point, in a small peninsula projecting into the Aegean Sea. They are situated between the town of Nikiti and the one of Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki, Greece. It is the perfect location for those who look for privacy but also want some social life in the nearby Nikiti or Neos Marmaras which are crammed with restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars, and a variety of shops.

Sithonia is part of the Halkidiki peninsula consisting of three prongs Kassandra, Sithonia, and Mount Athos. Sithonia constitutes the middle prong which is famous for its mountainous landscape and the numerous sandy beaches with some of the clearest waters in the world. The most popular of them are Kavourotrypes, Karydi, and Kalamitsi on the east side and Agios Ioannis, Kastri, Kalogria, and Toroni on the west. Its main villages are Nikiti, Neos Marmaras, Toroni to the west; Ormos Panagias, Vourvourou, Sarti, Sykia, and Kalamitsi to the east, where there are enough restaurants, cafes, and a variety of shops. Some of the places you should visit in Sithonia is the Old Town of Nikiti over 700 years old with its beautiful, restored, stone houses. Also, the traditional village of Parthenonas, is 5km away from Neos Marmaras to an altitude of 320m with well-preserved houses and an atmosphere of past centuries.
