Perched beside a large expanse of pristine white beach, Love Pumpkin is an oceanfront residence embodying the Caribbean spirit of COMO Parrot Cay. The three-bedroom main house and additional two-bedroom villa are surrounded by gardens and coconut palms to ensure complete seclusion.

Sitting on its own 70ft-long private beach, Love Pumpkin enjoys uninhibited access to the ocean, bursting with live coral and colourful tropical fish.

MAIN HOUSE:
Set around an open courtyard, the property’s oversized glass doors and windows fill the house with natural light. Design details include antique doors with warm interiors, handmade terrazzo floors and billowy linen drapes, with much of the furniture sourced from Bali.The 7,200sq ft (668sq m) main house has a master bedroom with over 2,000sq ft of space, opening onto a private deck with a teak daybed. The en suite can become an open-air bathroom, with a dark-stone waterfall shower and views over the turquoise ocean. The other two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms featuring stone sinks and bathtubs, and stone floors etched with sea fossils.Outside, the 60ft x 21ft infinity pool is made from lava rock, surrounded by island greenery and a deck dotted with teak lounge chairs. A large Balinese gazebo acts as a centrepiece.

GUEST VILLA:
The guest villa, measuring over 3,325sq ft (308sq m), follows a similar design scheme to the main house, with an abundance of wooden textures, white cotton and linen fabrics. The large deck with L-shaped outdoor furniture allows you to laze around the dark 46ft x 14ft lava rock pool, which also offers spectacular views of the sea.The spacious master bedroom mirrors the main house, with a similar en suite that can become an outdoor bathroom once the large glass windows are opened. The villa’s second bedroom features two queen-sized beds positioned on a terrazzo platform. From the living area you can see straight down to the ocean, with rolling waves during daylight and starry skies at night.

Tax and service charge
All of the rates are in US Dollars
• Accommodations are subject to 10% service charge, 12% government taxes and 5% Facility Fee
• Incidentals (Food and Beverage, COMO Shambhala services) are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government taxes
• Transfers are only subject to 12% government tax

Occupancy and Extra Person Charge
• Accommodations are single or double occupancy per bedroom
• COMO Parrot Cay allows a maximum of one additional person in Garden Rooms and Ocean Facing Rooms, or two additional persons in COMO Suites, One Bedroom Beach Houses
• For the Family Beach Houses and larger accommodations, extra beds are at COMO Parrot Cay’s discretion
• A fee of $210 per person, per night published rate will be applied to extra person(s) from the age of 13 when sharing accommodations. This extra person fee is based on bed and breakfast and excludes tax, service charge and facility fee

Airport transfers to and from COMO Parrot Cay require car and speedboat rides, and take a total of approximately 50 minutes each way.
