Welcome to Loukoko Villa St Barts, a modern 3-bedroom villa that perches high above sea level, capturing a breathtaking view of the Caribbean from its lofty vantage point this beautiful island.

The modern interior, combined with barefoot luxury ideals and seamless integration of indoor-outdoor living lend this stylish villa a relaxing atmosphere; the great room, containing the lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, enjoys vast and well-lit space, contributing to the airy and peaceful vibe. Three oversized couches encompass the glass coffee table resting at the centre of the lounge, a comfortable social hub. Sprawl across one as you settle in for a movie or nestle into it with a book in one hand and a drink in the other.

The lack of walls between sections make it easy for casual chatter to pass across the room, and even outdoors; the retractable glass walls extend the large space even further, overflowing onto the sizeable terrace. With various options to laze in the shade or soak up the sun in earnest, wherever you decide to take your ease, comfort and leisure are guaranteed. Take to the cool waters of the swimming pool, one of the best spots to peer out at the horizon, should the heat get too much. Better still, the exterior lighting on the terrace and within the pool itself makes the prospect of swimming under the night sky a prospect too tempting to resist…

All three bedrooms receive the palatial treatment; irresistibly soft king-size beds are outfitted to each room. All bedrooms are equipped with their own en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow the wonderful view to greet you from the moment you open your eyes, and terrace access allows you to step out into the morning sunshine and revel in your surroundings.
