The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests in total across its expansive outdoor living space and lavish interiors.

The villa expands over a total of 8,060 sq. ft. The Eco Golf neighborhood is the perfect setting for this large property as it has a profusion of luxurious and exclusive amenities for you and your loved ones. Only a short minute’s golf cart ride will lead you to the ocean and Resort’s main amenities.

Casa de Suenos translates to mean the "House of Dreams", which it truly is. This one of a kind property has the finest attention to detail and overlooks the 13th green of the 18-hole championship golf course. A variety of purposely selected fruit trees were planted among the lush tropical landscape to attract the numerous exotic birds and butterflies creating your very own viewing sanctuary You can sit up on the inbuilt stools in the pool and swim up bar and enjoy a drink in here in the evenings. If you desire something a little bubblier than that you can always soak in the warm Jacuzzi as the day unfolds full of luxurious moments. You can also retreat to the comfort of the shaded outdoor Gazebo. Dine alfresco under the stars or simply as you spark up the barbeque or maybe cook a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. As you relax around the villa on the outdoor seating you can nestle with a book or enjoying the warm sun on the sun loungers or under the shade cast by the large parasols.

The property includes the main villa and an additional guesthouse which holds one of the bedrooms and an extra kitchen area. The home embraces an open concept design with 22-foot ceilings. The main living areas blending into one main space and have access out onto the terrace through the glass sliding doors. The large windows flood the room with light and bounces off the pristine interiors and the smooth tiled floors. The area is fitted with plush sofas and lounge opposite the large 60 inch TV and a full bar. The sitting room is the perfect place to relax surrounded by your loved ones. The indoor dining area sits up to fourteen guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. The villa is fitted with secure Wi-Fi and air-conditioning through the interiors. A key feature of the villa is the private home theater that is located in the main villa. Here you can watch in full HD as your favorite films come to life before your eyes. The additional features included are the full laundry facilities.

The villa has a total of eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Each bedroom boasts of its own private en-suite bathroom and spacious rooms. The rooms all offer a master suite with walk-in closets and a large 37 inch plasma Televisions. Seven of the bedrooms are based in the main villa while the eighth bedroom is located in the separate pool house and has its own kitchen area also.

You will have exclusive access to the resorts amenities and services. You can rent a gold Cart and drive around to the various places. One of the most luxurious features is the Los Suenos Resort Beach Club. The Beach Club is one of the top-class amenities at Los Suenos.
