Los Pajaros is perched on one of the largest lots in the Four Seasons Private Villas with the most stunning views of Banderas Bay and the Marieta Islands.

This single level luxury Mexican home wonderfully combines modern amenities with traditional Mexican decor and artwork. Los Pajaros boasts spacious indoor and outdoor living space with its private terraces, patio areas, private pool, Jacuzzi and large lawn perfect for the kids, pets or if you are holding an event.

Los Pajaros offers guests 8000 sq. ft of living space beautifully decorated with original artwork by famous Mexican contemporary artists along with handmade crafts giving this villa a wonderful feel.

While having the luxury of your own private space, you will also have full access to the Four Seasons amenities that include restaurants, a gym, spa, kids club, pools, beaches, tennis, shops- there is something for everyone! From Los Pajaros you are just a 5-minute walk to the lobby of the Four Seasons, a 10-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes by golf cart to the village of Punta Mita. For the golf enthusiasts in the group, you will have access to 2 Jack Nicklaus golf courses.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All 4 bedrooms are very spacious with their own entrance to the courtyard. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with L’occitaine toiletries and feature marble flooring and walls.

Master Suite #1 features a King-size Bed, a spacious sitting area and a pullout sofa bed. This bedroom opens out to a terrace with Jacuzzi and day bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, tub and walk-in closet.

Master Suite #2 features a King-size Bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.

Bedroom #3 features 2 Twin-size Beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. Private patio with garden views

Casita features a king-size bed, bathroom and walk-in shower with ocean views.
