Alto Villa is accessed via a gated entrance ensuring guests’ privacy and security. The villa is beautifully split across three levels and is elegant in design. Expanding a plot of over 2,000 squared metres, Alto Villa stands proudly surrounded by tall palm trees.

A beautiful open plan living and dining space is set around a floating fireplace, complete with luxury Versace furniture and fittings. This space is flooded with natural light and is beautifully laid out to ensure a relaxed and serene space for guests. An elegant entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room are also on this floor with easy access to the garden, terrace and stairs from this terrace to the garden and pool area. A guest WC is also on this level.

The bedrooms of this magnificent villa are comfortable and spacious and are perfect for a great night’s sleep. The top floor features three large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. The Master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bath. These three bedrooms also give access to an upper terrace. Two more large bedrooms are located on the lower floor and have direct access to the private pool terrace.

The outdoor space of Alto Villa has everything guests could need for a relaxing and memorable stay with family and friends. A secluded garden uses to its full advantage the south-west facing orientation and ensures the best of the summer and winter days.
