Little Hill is an extraordinary home built in 1959 by the acclaimed architect Robert Hartley. It was built in a classic and stylish West Indies style and offers a 30-foot diameter swimming pool, perfect for spending a day soaking up the summer rays and taking a refreshing dip. The home also boasts extensive covered terraces throughout, where you can relax, read a book, or just take a nap. The world is your oyster at Little Hill.

The house is superbly situated on its own hill of five- and three-quarters acres and is surrounded by beautiful grounds. There are striking 360-degree views of the surrounding area from an elevation of 200 feet. There are views of the sea, the forest, and the internationally acclaimed golf course. It is also the only villa at Tryall to offer a private tennis court.

Little Hill has solid mahogany doors and floors throughout and is the perfect house for entertaining with seating for twenty-four on a hundred-foot-long terrace because of its elevated position, it enjoys gentle breezes throughout the year. The house is extremely well furnished and has particularly fine linens and China.

Little Hill boasts four double bedrooms, each of which offers an en-suite bathroom. There is an abundance of space, and each also offers a safe, ceiling fans as well as new air-conditioning. The master bedroom and bathroom are wheelchair friendly.

Each bedroom in the villa has a flat-screen television, and there is wi-fi with internet throughout the house.

The villa is entered through double mahogany doors to a two-level entrance hall with a fine eighteenth-century cut stone floor and stone staircase leading to the main areas of the villa. The focal point is the cathedral-ceilinged living room furnished in blue and white, leading to the bar and card room, all with beautiful parquet floors. On the west side of the villa, there is a covered terrace 100 feet long which affords one of the main sitting areas outside the bar and card room.

On the east side of Little Hill, the long-covered terrace provides several seating areas and is a popular area for entertaining around the pool. There is also a powder room in the villa, a flower room, and a music center in this area. Little Hill provides three complimentary golf carts for use while at the Tryall Club.

Little Hill boasts a staff who will cater to every need. The team of staff includes a wonderful chef who can cater to all needs and specifications. There is also a butler, two maids, a laundress, and three gardeners. All that will be left for you to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy a perfect vacation at Little Hill.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the new Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House. Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy the week’s events, including the Monday Night Manager’s Cocktail Party and the Wednesday and Friday night beach parties and buffets.

Enjoy the historic Great House for daily 4:00 tea and sweets on the hill. Shop at the convenient commissary and chic boutique and meet for happy hour and snacks at the casual bar. Also at the Great House is the new Usain Bolt Games Room, open all day and night for ping pong, pool, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, chess and checkers, board games, comfy reclining chairs, and HDTV.
