The villa’s secluded setting overlooking olive groves and vineyards creates a sense of serenity you can feel from the moment you step onto the grounds. To the front, there is a stylish outdoor lounge area with rattan sofas and coffee tables that is essentially an extension of the indoor living room. The outdoor spaces have been designed to maximize the time you spend out in the balmy Mediterranean sun. There are several separate settings where you can sit out, sipping on a fruity cocktail or sharing a delicious spread of antipasti.

The rear yard features an alfresco dining area with built-in benches where you and your guests can enjoy a delicious family-style meal. After a day spent working on your sun tan by the poolside or exploring the coast, you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the private pool. The large pool deck is the perfect space to sit out and relax while being able to keep a watchful eye on the kids as they splash about in the pool on a hot summer’s day. If you fancy a change of scenery for the afternoon, quiet sandy beaches with sparkling shallow waters are just a short drive from the villa.

Listilla boasts a serene and inviting environment from the use of blonde wood furniture with wrought iron details, soft fabrics, and a cool pastel color palette. The open floor plan welcomes you into the space as you easily flow between the dining and sitting areas. The large TV and stereo system and plush upholstered seating offer a contemporary space to snuggle up in the evenings after a busy day of excursions. This floor has everything you could need for entertaining. With floor-to-ceiling glass doors connecting the living room and the front patio, you and your guests can mingle on the terrace or have a drink poolside and then effortlessly move indoors before dinner.

For a fun evening, we can have a local catering company prepare a sample of the best food in Italy for you and your friends to enjoy. There is a sun-drenched, fully equipped kitchen where you can have a quick breakfast before setting out for the day or savor a freshly brewed coffee in the quiet of the morning.

THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The bedrooms exude simple elegance. The minimalist design, crisp white linens, and muted pastel color palate create a sense of calm, making the rooms a tranquil space to unwind in the evenings after a full day of exploring. Large windows bathe the rooms with sunlight and allow you to admire the breathtaking views from the comfort of your bed. Most of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the terrace, so you can walk straight outside from your room in the cool of the morning.
