The outdoor terrace is furnished with a dining set and sun loungers, making it a great place to enjoy a sunny afternoon with a drink in hand.

Inside, the two-story villa offers an open concept kitchen and living area, as well as a powder room and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer set. All amenities and features you need for a spectacular vacation are provided for you at Liquid Villa.

Make your way upstairs and find the master bedroom, boasting a private terrace and an en-suite. There are also two additional guest rooms on this floor, each with an en-suite also. One of the bedrooms is furnished with bunk beds, allowing for additional sleeping capacity.

Rooms upstairs include private terraces or balconies. Here is an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee. As the sun begins to rise you can begin the morning the right way. If you feel more active and wish to be relaxed before your day even begins, start the morning off with some yoga or pilates. Feel refreshed and ready for an adventurous day exploring the island.

Liquid Villa is located inside a gated family neighborhood so we ask you to respect the neighbors and the use of the facilities so that our next guests can enjoy their vacation as you do.
The property manager has the authority to maintain order, ensure the safety of the property, and enforce these and other regulations. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the police being notified.

As well as the proximity to the beach, this home has the advantage of being a canal-front property. The home is also located in the gated residential community of Leeward, adding extra security and giving guests peace of mind. For added convenience, the villa is within walking distance of Blue Have Marina, which features restaurants, a grocery store, a spa, and embarkation services for marine-based excursions. Getting Around the Island:
The Villa is 10 miles from Providenciales International Airport (PLS). Approximately 20 minutes by car. If you wish to explore the island at your leisure, it is recommended that you rent a car for your vacation as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. Or you can choose a taxi around if you prefer.

Leeward Beach:
Instead of your private pool, if you feel more adventurous, head down to Leeward Beach and be ultimately refreshed by the saltwater. Leeward Beach is coated with pristine white sands surrounded by spectacular blue waters. The sandy shores are so stunning you will feel as though you are stepping into a picture.

While it is incredibly beautiful, it is often not very crowded, allowing you a peaceful and relaxing day on the beach. The water is generally calm and good for swimming, even for young children.
Leeward Beach is also a great place to take part in water activities such as jet-skiing, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, boating, and more.
