• The house is in the middle of Limegrove Lifestyle shopping and entertainment area. As such, there could be more noise than expected in a normal residential area, particularly on weekends.
• "Staycation tenants," party-tourists, groups of adults below 30 years old, or children in the house below 14 years old are not permitted.
