This beautiful property is set on 4 acres of rich and lush grounds bursting with mango, guava, plantain, fig and lime trees… all for your enjoyment! The wonders of this villa don’t cease at the amazing living quarters and the lush garden; they are enhanced by the secluded strip of private beach and the nearby coral reef which is full of tropical sea life for the enchantment of avid snorkelers.

This magnificent plantation house offers every comfort you may need during your time in Jamaica, all enhanced by the villa’s “dream team” staff members, who with their professionalism and warmth, will make you feel at home from the minute you put your foot in the door.

As soon as you enter Lime-Acre Villa, you can sense the history within the walls. The public areas of the Main Plantation House are open plan, offering living and dining spaces combined. The original mahogany details on the main floor extend upstairs to the bedrooms, and the stone verandah invites for some tranquil leisure time with your favourite book in hand while hiding from the scorching afternoon sun.

The three bedrooms, located on the top floor of the main house, are enwrapped by a solid, wooden porch, providing outdoor space to enjoy the lushness of the garden and the sounds of nature around you. The other two bedrooms can be found in the Plantation Cottage, just a stroll away from the Main House, offering privacy, comfort and a bit of independence while still being very much part of the group.

THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The Main Plantation House offers the following accommodations:
Bedroom 1 - Master: This second-floor abode boasts a king-sized four-poster bed, air conditioning, wooden ceiling fans and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Bedroom 2: Also situated on the second floor, this beautiful double bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds, air conditioning, wooden ceiling fans, bathroom with a full bath and shower across the hall. The verandah is shared with the Master bedroom.
Bedroom 3: This room boasts a king-sized four-poster bed, air conditioning, wooden ceiling fans and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. This room connects to a sitting area, with views of the freshwater pool and the sea.

The Plantation Cottage at Lime-Acre offers the following accommodations:
Bedroom 1: This beautiful room offers a king-sized, four-poster bed and a shared bathroom with Bedroom 2, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Ideal as a children’s bedroom or for friends sharing a room, it has twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, shared bathroom with Bedroom 1 and a porch with views of the tropical garden and sea.

The team’s main objective at Lime-Acre Villa is to pamper you and your loved ones from the get-go. Your hosts, both inside the house and on the surrounding grounds, will work tirelessly to make sure your stay is the utmost experience of relaxation and luxury service. The Chef will prepare each meal to cater to your every palate whim, and the butler will enhance it by setting it on a lovely table by the pool and the sea. Drinks, snacks and fresh tropical fruit from your own garden will be at hand at all times of the day and the evening. You only have to sit back, relax and enjoy.
