Welcome to beautiful Le Rocher, a 4-bedroom villa located in the gated community of Terres Basses in St. Martin. Le Rocher is located high on the hillside with the most wonderful views of the ocean and Simpson Bay.

As you enter Le Rocher you are presented with a beautiful tropical garden with colorful plants and flowers. A stone walkway leads up to an enclosed courtyard and when you enter the villa you immediately see the wonderful 360-degree panoramic views.

The villa has a view of Simpsons Bay Lagoon, the Caribbean Sea, the beautiful green island mountains, and the outer islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts & Nevis. This view is beautiful both at sunrise and sunset- it really is breathtaking.

The villa is open plan with several dining and lounging areas throughout and all featuring comfortable furnishings. The interior spaces flow seamlessly with the exterior. The villa also features a stunning french country-style kitchen that is fully equipped and opens onto the view and to allow the tropical breezes to flow through.

The outdoor areas are particularly beautiful at Le Rocher- this area features a spacious pool terrace with a gorgeous infinity pool in the center and is the perfect place to enjoy that wonderful view. There is also an outdoor kitchen and dining space for al fresco dining.

The Terracotta and limestone floors flow throughout the inside rooms to the outside rooms and terraces. The villa also has a stone path leading to an upper observation deck for viewing Caribbean sunrises and sunsets.

Le Rocher has four beautiful bedrooms which are all accessed by the stone path. The Master bedroom is so stunning and is over 700 square feet in size and opens onto a private deck to the view and features a natural rock tub in addition to the indoor and outdoor shower.

The other three bedrooms are also beautiful but a little smaller in size featuring king-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are very tropical and romantic.

This villa is ideal for couples and families and it really is in a great location within a minute’s drive of wonderful shops and restaurants.
