Luxury personified
I've seen many luxurious properties during my time with Exceptional VIllas, but I feel that La Reve has to be the most luxurious of all! We were welcomed by David, the delightful House Manager. The villa comes with a full staff (Chef, Waitress etc) and boasts such luxuries as Cooler/Freezers in all rooms, an automatic adjustable bed in the Master Bedroom, original paintings, combined with stunning ocean views from floor to ceiling windows. The house is impeccably furnished and every room features unique, stunning African/Asian artefacts. It's difficult to put into words how impressive this house is. We loved it!

Welcome to Le Rêve, a spectacular six-bedroom luxury villa. This stunning property is situated directly on its own private beach area in Baie Rouge . The breathtaking property features state of the art, dramatic architecture contrasting perfectly with the peaceful, azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. This stunning property is perfect for a group holiday with its lavish interior and stunning surroundings.
The luxury St Martin vacation home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is a breath-taking “self-contained paradise”. The property boasts it's own private chef, a spa area, a massage room, a games room, a tennis court and even a hairdressing salon section, this villa is it's own private resort all in one.
The villas interior is luxurious and contemporary design, a self contained paradise. The living room is spacious and air-conditioned, designed for entertaining a large group of people. The living room includes a fully air-conditioned Dining Room which sits 14 people comfortably on its stunning custom-designed Tucker Robbins Wood Sculptured Table.
The exterior dining area seats 24 people for a truly relaxing experience, including exterior fans to insure guests stay cool while they dine under the stars.
The spectacular villa also includes a stunning roof terrace to enjoy watching the sunset after a long day in the sun.
The six master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are beautiful private retreats. Each featuring a king bed with his and her remote control sleeping which enables guests to choose the desired firmness of their mattress for a restful nights sleep. Bedrooms also include satellite TV (American), surround sound a flat-screen LCD TV, DVD player.
Additional to the 6 bedrooms located by the main house, there is also a garden apartment including a kitchen-living area and a separate bedroom/bathroom and also a garden bedroom.
This luxury villa includes a Media Room featuring 50" Plasma Home Theatre.
Equipped with a DVD single movie player as well as a DVD Burner housing up to 20 first-run movies at your fingertip.
In addition, an extensive movie library is available to use as well as an extensive CD Library.
The villa’s exterior boasts a spectacular, large, heated infinity pool a perfect vantage point to experience the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. With a depth of 3.5 to 10 feet, it is perfect for diving and other aqua activities. The exterior also features a large heated Jacuzzi exotically screened by boulders and orchids to create a Balinese atmosphere.
Additional to the villas private tennis court gazebo for shade viewing with bar, there is a fully equipped Gym with elliptical machine, free weights and bench, boxing bag with gloves and tape pilates 50" and 65" balls, pilates and Yoga mats and a Spa.

• Cost of the food & drinks not included. A food deposit of $5,000 needs to be paid by guest in cash upon arrival. If there is a balance to pay, the guest can top-up the food budget with a credit card payment.
• All spa services are upon request as well as personal training and nutritional counselling, by a world-class staff. This must be requested upon booking at an additional cost.
• A 4-hour Butler service is included in stays of minimum 7 nights. The service can be added at extra cost for less nights.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

What a villa. We literally did not leave or need to leave. The facilities are unreal. The chef and the housekeeper were amazing. We cannot recommend it enough especially during COVID!!

If I could have one word - AMAZING
i fell in love with this villa from the grand entrance - its just so beautiful and luxurious. It is right on the beach and feels so private and like a mini hotel but all to yourself. I think my favorite part was the dining room which is a huge room and is a mix of both modern and contemporary ...I would be so delighted to entertain guests in here- reminded me of Alice in Wonderland for some reason but just amazing. The chef Ian is great with preparing 5* meals throughout your stay so you feel its very difficult to go out for dinner while staying in this luxurious paradise. There is also a gym and spa room available for guests who would like to bring in a masseuse or personal trainer while on vacation.
