Le Panteraie takes its name from the scenic hill it crowns, standing 300 meters above sea level. VILLA LAYOUT:

The main entrance opens onto a long terrace that runs the length of the villa. To one side lies a cozy double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower. A bright dining room, bathed in natural light from large French doors, connects to a professional-grade kitchen on the opposite side. This level also includes a laundry room, a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom for added convenience.

First Floor:
An internal staircase—or an external one leading to a terrace—takes you to the upper level, where a sprawling open-concept living area awaits. This space features a comfortable lounge with a fireplace and TV alongside a games area equipped with a billiard table and table football. Outdoors, a terrace overlooking the pool includes a ping-pong table for entertainment.

The first floor also hosts two double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and shower and another with a luxurious hydromassage bathtub.
