This villa has a huge strength. Its location. is one of the few villas right on the beach in Saint Jean, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the renowned Eden Rock. You can also admire the small planes landing a few meters from the villa. Children love it! I love the sea in Saint-Jean, it’s calm, turquoise and perfect for everyone. For the more adventurous, you can rent a surfboard, go to the end of the bay and surf the gentle waves together with some sea turtles
Description
Welcome to our brand new Villa Le Moulin St Barts. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a brand-new pool and private access to the beach. The villa is surrounded by a lush tropical garden and is built around an old mill, where the master bedroom is located.
Le Moulin is very private, featuring an atypical small bedroom that offers a private terrace opening onto St Jean beach. This villa has been recently re-decorated in a Colonial style with wooden furniture in off-white and chocolate colours.
In the main villa, the living room opens onto the outdoor dining area and the garden facing the ocean. In the back, the well-equipped kitchen opens onto a second dining area. Two refreshed equal-size bedrooms are located on each part of the corridor.
You will appreciate the brand new large infinity pool area surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and palm trees. You will feel like being on your own private beach... while sunbathing or relaxing. Ideal for families or beach lovers.
When you book Le Moulin with Exceptional Villas, you will receive complimentary concierge service prior to and throughout your trip. It is a great service for helping our guests plan their itinerary from booking transfers, car rental, restaurant reservations, excursions, chef hire etc.
Le Moulin is located in an excellent area in St Barths. St-Jean is one of the most sought out beaches on the island.
