Situated on the white sand beach at Plum Bay, this fabulous property provides an intimate, relaxed, and attentive environment within the walls of a gated enclave.

The villa is great for a large group or family vacation to St Martin. Offering a wide range of amenities the villa is ideal for kids. The many amenities include a huge heated pool, an open-air and air-conditioned fitness center, a tennis court, and a covered outdoor bar, billiards, and dining areas.

The ocean-side villa features 5 King Size bedrooms with full private baths including a two-story master suite with a master bath with Jacuzzi tub and two private balconies facing the pool and the ocean. The remaining interior spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a formal living room, a formal dining room seating 10 and a casual outside dining area, and a media room.

The 4 bedroom garden side villa features the ”Jungle Room” with a king-size bed and small living room, the “Palm Room” with a king-size mahogany bed and a 2 bedroom Suite with queen size beds, a shared living room, and a cozy dining room. There is also a huge commercial catering kitchen.

All Bedrooms have independent TV receivers & DVD, and the Media Room and Master Bedroom have a large satellite dish & DVD. There is an on-site Chef and experienced security staff available along with a state-of-the-art security system.

The remaining interior spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a formal living room, a formal dining room seating 10 and a casual outside dining area, and a media room.

Staff
When you stay at the stunning estate you will be personally looked after by our wonderful team of staff. Our team includes three housekeepers, and our wonderful chef and butler. Chef Service is always included, in any season. It includes 3 meals per day - Food & Beverage Deposit: $10,000 (for 7+ bedroom use) and $4,000 (up to 6 bedroom use) due 30 days prior to arrival. In addition, we have two Gardeners, Pool Service, Estate Managers, and Electrician/Maintenance man.

Heated Pool Note:
The pool can and will be heated only in the Winter months from December 16th to April 15th every year.

The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 Celcius. If guests have a specific temperature they prefer, please inform our concierge team prior to arrival, as it needs to be set by the maintenance team. Guests are not allowed to change pool temperature themselves.
