Located just 10 minutes from the Marina and 5 minutes from Playa Minitas, this villa is an ideal option for spending unforgettable days in casa de Campo. The two-story villa is characterized by its beautiful and modern style and high-quality materials and furnishings. The ground floor of the property provides natural light and spacious areas decorated with vibrant colors where you can access the outside terrace through folding glass doors. Here you and your guests can gather and spend time with one another in this beautiful location.

The outside terrace in the property is equipped with living and outdoor dining areas that make a great place to enjoy meals, drinks, and the food company of family and friends. You will also find on this level the fourth guest bedroom with two queen beds, a TV room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fourth bedroom in the villa is ideal for younger members of the party like teenagers or possibly friends.

The garden at the property features a wonderful swimming pool, barbecue, and a picnic table located under the two large trees, undoubtedly the most special place in the house. This area is definitely somewhere you will want to spend all your time.

The second level of the villa features three bedrooms. The bedroom has been decorated to the highest standard with beauty and comfort in mind. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, offering peace for each guest. The rooms also offer air-conditioning, ensuring comfort for its guests. The master bedroom in the villa has a king bed with a suite bathroom, a spacious walking closet, and two showers, one inside and one outdoor.

The second room in the villa boasts a comfortable queen bed and has access to a second outside terrace, as does the master bedroom. Finally, the third room has a king bed.

Casa de Campo Resort is located on the southeastern shore of the beautiful Dominican Republic, next to the town of La Romana and just 70 miles from the capital city of Santo Domingo, the oldest city in the new world. CASA DE CAMPO ACCESS FEE:
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old), and children under four are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities, including access to the Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses, and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness center at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.
