Set at the end of a private drive, Le Bleu Villa is located in the exclusive Little Harbour Estate on the secluded Caribbean island of Anguilla. The villa is divided into two residences; Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu. The main house is thoughtfully placed on a beautifully landscaped 2.5 acre site in fashionable Little Harbour Bay on the island's south shore.

Sitting on the coast at the mouth of the bay, the main residence faces South-East with a fabulous view of Dutch and French St. Martin and St. Barths in the distance. Little Harbour Estates understands the value of privacy and has equipped the villa and grounds with an electronic gate and privacy walls surrounding the manicured gardens, villa, guest houses and tennis court. This fabulous villa is perfect for large group or families looking for an activity holiday in Anguilla. The house is equipped with every family member in mind. A small private manmade beach is a few steps away from the main house, complete with all facilities for a beach BBQ.

It features huge panoramic windows which open right up to take full advantage of the spectacular views. Each room in the house encompasses indoor/outdoor living whilst maintaining incredible privacy. Le Bleu Villa is one of the nicest large properties in Anguilla.

Le Bleu Villa is unique in both location and design. Spacious and modern - the experience it provides is fresh air, blue skies, and the myriad colors of the sea. Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu are connected by attractively landscaped pathways traverse the properties. The spectacular communal living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level of Le Bleu - accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the imposing master staircase.

You enter the main house via the master staircase up to the first floor. Le Bleu Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful lounge and a separate dining room, all with wall-to-wall doors which open to the pool area or water garden.

The Main House (Le Bleu)
The main house consists of nine bedrooms in total. There are eight king-size master bedrooms, all en-suite – two upstairs on the pool terrace, 4 with private terraces and direct access to garden/sea, One twin en-suite bedroom (can be converted to king) with private terrace plus a king-size master en-suite bedroom with views to the water garden.

Le Bleu is ideal for a large group or family and offers a stunning Infinity pool in a large deck area with wonderful sea views. Ideally positioned to capture the warm trade winds, there are a multitude of attractive loungers and stunning, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands - making this a wonderful sunbathing and entertaining area.

The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen with three large ‘Sub Zero’ fridges and a 48” ‘Wolf’ duel fuel range opening onto the pool deck. Beautifully appointed separate lounge and dining area also open onto the pool deck. A great feature of this house is the fully equipped Home Theatre/Cinema, ideal for keeping the whole family entertained. The property benefits from Lutron lighting and high-speed wireless connectivity.

La Bleu Villa has its own tennis court and tennis pavilion – with a kitchenette, dining and seating, a large gym, and a shower room.

In addition, the house offers a fantastic Jacuzzi, Sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and extensive lawns leading down to the sea.

Petite Le Bleu:
Petite Le Bleu consists of two king-size en-suite bedrooms with garden/pool views, and both feature a dressing room as well as “open air” bathrooms with stunning natural freeform stone tubs and basins. This section has a separate fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, a laundry room, a separate lounge and dining area, a 40” x 18” Pool with multiple comfortable loungers, and a built-in BBQ and shower area situated by the poolside.
