Lazuli Estate is a breathtaking complex of two exquisite villas located on the shores of the Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon. This luxurious estate, composed of Villa Lazuli and Villa Quartz, boasts seven bedrooms and two expansive infinity pools, making it the perfect destination for a memorable stay for up to fourteen guests in St. Barths.
Spanning multiple levels, Lazuli Estate offers stunning views of the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon. The estate welcomes guests into air-conditioned living rooms and spacious dining areas that provide a relaxing and unique vacation experience. Each villa features fully-equipped kitchens, ideal for preparing delicious meals or hosting a private chef to cater to your events. Meals can be enjoyed in comfortable indoor spaces or al fresco, taking advantage of the gentle trade winds and serene, lush surroundings. The estate's outdoor areas are equally impressive, providing exceptional views over the Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon. Each villa includes a 16-meter heated infinity pool, surrounded by lush vegetation and wooden decks furnished with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the stunning scenery. Scenic pathways lead to secluded spots amidst the natural vegetation, offering additional private areas to explore. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining or relax with a cocktail in the cozy lounges under the covered terraces, all while basking in the mild Caribbean climate.
Lazuli Estate features seven luxurious bedrooms, four of which are located in Villa Lazuli and three in Villa Quartz. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and private stay for all guests. Spread across various levels accessible by stairs, these bedrooms offer ample privacy and a serene setting, perfect for unwinding in the beautiful Caribbean.

OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA: The lounge area on the covered terrace faces the panoramic view over the bay.
POOL & TERRACE: Beautiful heated pool (16m long), outdoor lounge areas, and sun loungers. Gas barbecue. Modern and chic outdoor lighting.
