The word Laulea translates to “peaceful and happy” in Hawaiian, which perfectly describes the villa in its entirety.

The expansive outdoor living area is truly luxurious with its serene private swimming pool and heated hot tub as well as the vast views that surround the property. Sit out in the secluded Gazebo that is perched overlooking the waterfall-drenched Hanalei Mountains, Hanalei Bay, and stunning Bali Hai sunsets. Resting on nearly an acre of lush green land, the overall impression of the villa is captivating.

The crystalline saltwater infinity pool and the vibrant tropical plants set an authentic Hawaiian ambiance instantly. The waters are crystal blue in color and perfect to slip into as you cool off under the suns radiance. Have a crisp morning swim or simply float on your back looking up into the endless blue skies. The comfortable sun loungers are perfect for you to rest on as you breathe in the fresh Pacific air and exhale letting go of any small worries you may have. You can step under the alfresco shower and then nestled into one of the sunbeds to warm up under the sun once more. This indulgent space is fitted with plush comfortable sofas and is flooded with light and warmth due to the large ceiling to floor windows and doors. The living area also has a large high-resolution television mounted on the wall, so you can put on some popcorn and get ready to watch your favorite film. The kitchen is very chic and modern in its design and layout. The dark wooden textures add a very sophisticated tone. The dining table here seats four guests comfortably. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to try out some new recipes. It includes appliances such as a breakfast bar, mini fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and food processors.

Delving into the details of your three luxurious Hawaiian bedrooms, the master suite located on the first floor is where you will find the most exquisite features. The large double bed is perched perfectly overlooking the breathtaking views of the waterfall-drenched Hanalei and captures the stunning Bali Hai sunsets. The bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, a dual vanity, air conditioning and a walk-in closet. The bedroom has access to its own Balcony. The remaining two bedrooms are also indulgent with their double beds, private en-suite bathrooms and both including access to a private lanai. All the bathrooms within the villa provide spa-like amenities such as soaking tubs, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and an open-air shower. Just steps away from your secluded villa, you will discover Pu’u Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, Hideaways Beach and the Queen’s Bath tide pools.

The villa is a short five-minute drive or a ten-minute walk to the Princeville shopping center. If you want to venture a little further then a ten-minute drive will bring you to Hanalei, which has a profusion of vibrant coffee shops, delicious groceries, fine dining restaurants, local shops, bars and of course world class white sandy beaches. Hanalei Beach is the perfect place to spend a day under the warm sun and overlooking the glistening turquoise waters. The villa is also a short drive from the Makai Golf Club (0.4km). There are many leisurely attractions for you to take part in such as horseback riding, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, helicopter tours and boat tours.
