Las Ramas welcomes you with airy and bright indoor spaces as well as comfortable and sleek outdoor areas from which to enjoy every minute of your day. The décor is cozy and light, with touches of color throughout that bring the surroundings into life and perfectly match the brightness outside. Large glass doors and windows allow for a seamless flow of light to envelop the house. It provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation with family and friends while offering all the comforts of modern life.

The indoor social areas are comprised of two large sitting areas in one ample space and set up with comfortable couches and chairs that invite casual conversation and catch-ups with members of family and friends. To one side is the formal dining room, which is also fitted with large windows and doors overlooking the pool providing natural light to your meals, and to the other is the studio, which features a large LCD TV, an extremely comfortable lounge area, and a game table and chairs for when the evening calls for a fun-filled night together. There is also a powder room in the entry gallery for the use of any visitors.

Of course, we would not leave out an essential part of the home, that is the kitchen. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A dream for any budding Chef, and perfectly suited for the experienced ones who want to try their hand at some tasty local dishes. You will also be assisted by the cook and waiter whose service is included in the rate. Or, you can leave it all to them while you dedicate yourself to enjoying the company of your family and friends!

The outdoors are as lush and inviting as the indoors. A lovely swimming pool that overlooks the golf course, as well as an outdoor whirlpool, will be the delight of everyone, the young and the young at heart! Right next to it is a thatched roof gazebo that supplies much-needed shade on a hot day, an outdoor dining area and sitting room, as well as a barbecue station which we foresee will be used on more than one occasion. Lush green palm trees and bushes finish-off the canvas of your summer vacation at Las Ramas.

The area where Las Ramas is located offers an ample array of activities, such as the nearby Minitas Beach, the Marina, the Golf, an Equestrian Center, and a Shooting Range and Tennis Courts. A total of six very well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms await your arrival. The Master Bedroom features a large bathroom in spa design and a private garden ideal for massage therapy.
