The villa has access to the resort's amenities which include sports tennis, a Marina, delicious restaurants, Deepsea fishing, a large golf course, kite surfing, horseback riding, a private Fitness center, and a luxurious Spa. The luxurious private beach the resort features is a luxurious white sand shoreline, with glistening turquoise waters. You can go swimming, windsurfing, surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, or scuba diving. If you simply wish to relax you can spend your time on the sugar-fine sands and soak up the sun’s radiance in this serene setting.

The villa expands across 17,244 sq. ft. altogether, encompassing a large terrace, spacious interiors, and landscaped gardens for you to enjoy. When making your way through the main front door of the villa, you will be met by the turquoise waters overlooked by the pristine living area. The architecture embraces an open concept design that blends the living areas into one. The large open room is flooded with light due to the windows and high vaulted wooden ceilings. This allows the crisp breezes to float through the rooms. The rooms also feature air-conditioning, so you will always have a comfortable temperature. The living area blends seamlessly with the alfresco dining area and the outdoor seating. The plush sofas and pristine with a high-resolution Plasma TV mounted on the wall also. The room looks out over unobstructed views of the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and the endless ocean. The incredible infinity pool overlooks a beautiful cove of the Caribbean Sea with a dock. Here you can walk out in the early mornings, enjoying the sunrise as you sip on a freshly brewed cup of coffee. You can slip into the waters of the pool for a relaxing swim or to do a few laps. You can sit out on the dining table that seats twelve or sit on the loungers that perch on the surface of the pool. As you enjoy the warm morning sun you can dip your toes in the water, planning what you want to do for this clear blue-sky day.

The dining area is captivating with its high-rise ceilings that tilt at a fine angle. The room can cater to twelve guests on the soft fabric seats. The two dazzling chandeliers overhead set an extravagant and sophisticated ambiance instantly. Enjoy your breakfast or dinners here as your private chef prepares your meals. The room is rich with the wall of caramelized wooden panels and enjoys views of the vivacious tropical plants outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. It includes appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender.

This lavish villa has a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Each bedroom offers its own private en-suite bathroom with bathroom products and a standalone shower. The room is fitted with the finest linens and supplied with fresh towels. Each Bedroom includes a high-resolution television, DVD Player and a walk-in closet. Two of the bedrooms offer luxurious king-sized beds, while three have two Queen beds each. The sixth bedroom offers two full beds.

The villa also offers two modern TV/media rooms. The rooms feature large plasma screens, perfect for watching your favorite film come to life as dinner is being prepared. In the evenings you can enjoy a workout in the gym and make use of the fully equipped room. If you simply wish to relax you can slip into the waters of the jacuzzi located near the private dock at the water's edge. Meal plans are not available during the Holiday season (Dec 18th – to Jan 5th).

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
• Meal plans must be pre-paid and reserved at least two days before arrival or check-in.
• The property/villa must be fully staffed to contract the meal packages (Chef + Butler)
• The package must be purchased for all the villa occupants for the total duration of the reservation.
• Prior to arrival you have to choose your Day 1 and Day 2 meals. Going forward once you are onsite you just have to make your selection of meals with 48-hour anticipation and for a minimum of 2 days forward.
• A minimum of 6 guests is required to request the meal plan package.
• Specific dishes outside the ones listed in our attached menu may incur additional costs.
• Some Desserts are delivered by an external pastry chef and 48-hour advance notice is required. You can order a maximum of 2 different desserts per meal.
• Bar service is included until 1:00 AM.
• *Premium bar (all-Inclusive): guests must select the type of beverage that shall be available for consumption for the house.
• *Champagne is not included in the meal plan with an alcoholic beverage
