This beautiful brand new villa is located ideally in the quiet La Colinas section of Casa De Campo enjoying gorgeous ocean views and as well as having an expansive back garden with a private swimming pool.

Las Colinas 20 overlooks the great Marina and is only a short drive from there as well as being just a few minutes from the artistic Altos de Chavon village and a 6-minute drive to the stunning Minitas beach.

This brand new 6-bedroom, beautifully landscaped villa features very large, open, and elegantly decorated spaces along with spectacular views. With its tall wooden ceilings, and graced by the cool evening breezes, this exquisitely decorated villa creates the perfect ambiance for your vacation.

Opening the front door of the villa your eyes meet the glistening Caribbean Sea and the Chavon River. A large living room perfect for a large family awaits a superb formal dining room all open to the terrace. A separate media room contains a large desk, wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and stereo surround system, all the modern features you would expect in such a new high-class villa. The living room opens onto the fantastic terrace which provides for a perfect area to relax in the Caribbean sun and take a dip in the large pool and private Jacuzzi. From the pool and jacuzzi, guests can enjoy the ocean view and the large porch is the perfect place to have al fresco dining.

All 6 bedrooms are located in the west wing of the house, consisting of two Master suites, each with a King size bed, large en-suite bathrooms, and ample closet space. There are 3 large bedrooms with two queen-size beds in each, all three have private baths and ample closet space. There is a large convertible game room with a pool table with a full bed that can accommodate 2 with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have private romantic balconies.

The right wing of the villa houses a formal dining room for 12 guests, overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean in the distance; it is the perfect setting for a candle-light dinner after a fun-filled day of excellent golf at any of the four resort courses. This wing of the house also contains the professionally equipped kitchen and the service staff quarters.
