Newly constructed, Larimar is an architectural masterpiece set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon. This villa is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and offers a luminous and vibrant atmosphere. The air-conditioned living area, which opens widely to the terrace with a sea view, includes a dining space for ten and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and wine cellar. Adjacent to this is a cozy lounge with anthracite-colored sofas, soft benches, and a large screen, creating a refined and relaxing space. Artworks and mirrored accents add a touch of magic to this exquisite setting, ensuring a unique stay in St. Barths.
The front terrace provides a spectacular view of the azure lagoon and horizon. The 16-meter heated infinity pool stretches along the facade, with a shallow section resembling a private lagoon seamlessly blending into the Caribbean landscape. Villa Larimar features four air-conditioned bedrooms distributed over two levels, each furnished with king-size beds and private bathrooms, one of which includes an additional outdoor shower. KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: Fully equipped, air conditioning, gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, centrifuge, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. Inside dining table in the great room and outside dining area on the covered terrace.
OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA: Lounge area on the covered terrace, facing the panoramic view over the bay.
POOL AND TERRACE:
A beautiful, heated pool (16m long), outdoor lounge areas, and sun loungers exist. There is also a gas barbecue.

The bedroom is connected to the living area by stairs. There is an ocean view.
