The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in six double rooms. Five luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms are in the main villa, with the remaining bedroom in the side annex. This adjacent space works well if you are traveling with staff or a couple in your group wants more privacy.

La Villa is one of the most commanding properties of this region. It spans three levels and comprises 1500 square meters. You first meet La Villa at the roadside entry level. There are four dedicated parking spaces for guests to use. The main villa, the adjacent annex, the front terrace, and the pool areas are on the level below. The last level below the pool terrace is the garden and pavilion area.

The main villa has 400 square meters of stylish interior space. The picturesque views of the sea dotted with islands are the panorama that greets you daily. The property is bright, filled with light, and airy. Although the property mirrors the grandeur of a Renaissance villa, the straight lines and sleek finishes speak to a property that is most definitely 21st century.

The formal dining room holds the center space on the ground floor. This elegant room offers a luxurious setting for up to 12 guests. Your entire group can sit down as one. Three of La Villa’s beautiful bedrooms are located at ground floor level. All three feature double beds, modern lighting, and a lovely palette of individual colors. One of the three ground-floor bedrooms has an extra quiet location at the back of the villa. This bedroom has a private ensuite with a shower. The other two bedrooms share an ensuite with a jacuzzi, with one bedroom having direct access to the pool terrace.

The beautiful kitchen is at ground floor level and perfectly poised for your appointed cooks to conjure up the best Mediterranean ingredients into memorable feasts.

The upper floor, accessed by stairs, is the epitome of graceful elegance. Large-scale Fendi couches dominate the central lounge. The spacious fireplace is lined with onyx marble. Again, this room has a dramatic chandelier in bronze and gold, highlighting the rich, warm tones of the room.

There is access from this glamorous room onto the covered balcony terrace. This 16 square meter space is furnished and enjoys incredible views across the pool and gardens to the sea.

The two spacious master bedrooms occupy each side of the central lounge. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath with tub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and a small balcony. One of the ensuites has a Jacuzzi, and the other has a double vanity. The clever layout of these bedroom suites allows natural light to permeate the entire space. The rooms are sophisticated and deeply comfortable.

The beautiful annex has 40 square meters of space. It has a large bedroom with two twin beds, which can be converted into a double, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. This gorgeous bedroom has terrace access.

The wonderful, sleek, stone-paved terrace can easily hold a special dinner or a poolside drinks reception if your vacation coincides with a special celebratory event like a landmark birthday or anniversary. The amazing gardens that typify the lush natural surroundings of this region have a romantic pavilion, a wonderful setting for an intimate ceremony, or even your daily yoga practice.
