Welcome to La Sultana, a beautiful 5-bedroom Balinese style home located in the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort.
On entering La Sultana, guests are greeted with a welcoming corridor and lush vegetation that leads to the living areas. A fully equipped kitchen flows from the living areas and has everything you or your Cook will need to prepare some tasty dishes.
The bedrooms are located on the ground level and on the second level and all boast their own private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a distinct and colorful character that is in keeping with the warm atmosphere that surrounds this villa.
La Sultana features a great outdoor space with a sheltered alfresco dining area, comfortable seating, BBQ facilities, a large lawn, and a swimming pool. It is the ideal spot to soak up the warm Caribbean sunshine.
La Sultana is located a short stroll from the beautiful Marina where guests will find a plethora of shops and restaurants to choose from. About Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Other amenities at Casa de Campo include tennis, horse-riding, golf, skeet shooting, polo, shopping etc there are lots of restaurants to choose from too.
Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including: access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sport facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Renovation and improvements will be undertaken in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November 2025. The golf course will be closed during this period. Conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery circulation and work being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. These improvements are designed to benefit the entire community, and the resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise as operations allow. The affected areas will be Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some, not all), and Golf Villas Phase 1.
