La Semilla is a paradise location to completely switch off and unwind with its lush, green mangrove jungle surrounding and secluded quiet beach of Soliman Bay. La Semilla has been wonderfully designed to be harmonious with nature, beauty and lives simple pleasures. The villa is perched on the most stunning stretch of beachfront with amazing views of the bay that you can enjoy from your own private terraces adjacent to each bedroom. There are wonderful places to relax and sunbathe with two tired rooftop terraces, one of which has a pool...these terraces are the perfect place to catch a few rays or to stargaze! The living area has been wonderfully created to combine nature and luxury with its open-concept style kitchen, dining, and living space, revealing a private garden veranda with an infinity pool. La Semilla is a perfect combination of privacy, luxury and nature and is the ideal place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Mexico.

Rooms: As you walk upstairs, five uniquely designed suites greet you. Each suite features its own, bathroom, king-size bed and private terrace with an ocean view.

Beach & Pool:There is a terrace located off the living area, which services as your personal garden with a pool, sunning areas and direct, access to a private stretch of beach.

Rooftop: Continuing upward, you will reach the rooftop terrace. This is a place with awe-inspiring 360° views of the bay and the mangrove jungle. It is a spot where you can admire the sky full of stars in the evening or relax in sun-drenched chaise lounges during the day.

Design:As you walk into the property, you are met with a sweeping view through the home over the expansive infinity pool until your eyes are met with the stunning turquoise waters of Soliman Bay.

Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 9:30 pm. Arrival day only dinner & departure day only breakfast is offered. Groceries needed for such meals are not included; the chef will take care of all grocery shopping required: A $1,000 USD food deposit in cash upon arrival is required, and there is a weekly $140 USD shopping & delivery fee.
