Welcome to La Maison Manati, a beautiful 6-bedroom villa located near Tulum in Mexico.

This exceptional home is located in a preserved area and is set on a beautiful seafront. The home faces south and is nestled wonderfully between the sea and the jungle.

This 650 m2 construction, commissioned by a French couple and completed in October 2017 by a talented European architect, is unique by its spectacular organic shapes, inspired by both Zaha Hadid and Luis Barragán. La Maison Manati offers an exceptional 360° panoramic view from its roof terrace. The villa has its own private sandy beach frontage, where you will come across turtles, pelicans, and other extraordinary animals.

The access to the turquoise sea is protected by the coral reef, which will allow you to swim and snorkel safely inside the lagoon. After 20 meters of a coral plateau, you will find an infinite sandy bottom, punctuated by coral where tropical fish nest in the shallow water.

The swimming pool at this property is overflowing, with a direct view over the sandy beach and the lagoon. It offers two levels of depth, a glass window, and is lit at night with the color of your choice. This is the perfect place to finish your day after exploring Tulum.

You will enjoy a lovely botanical garden feel surrounding this home.

Two double and two single kayaks, and two paddleboards are available for you you to use for the duration of your vacation. This is a great way to spend a day outdoors in the warm sunshine and refreshing waters.

So that your stay is exceptional and nothing has been left to chance, La Maison Manati boasts a fantastic cinema room with a giant 4K screen, with Apple TV, a fully equipped fitness room, a giant roof terrace, with a Jacuzzi out of sight, sofa, and deckchairs. All of these features ensure that you will never have to leave your villa if you do not wish as everything is provided for you.

The breathtaking panorama is overlooking the lagoon, the open sea, and the jungle, where you will find birds of all kinds. Immaculate white, the design of La Maison Manati is enhanced by a decoration with colorful Mexican accents, which gives a cheerfulness and a local accent, perfectly adapted to the region. 6 spacious rooms can accommodate twelve adults and two children.

The master suite in this villa spreads over 70m2 and boasts a beautiful view. At a distance, just opposite, you can see the famous ruins of Tulum. The bedding and linen are of the highest quality, each room having a unique design, refined decoration, and nice views. Bath and beach towels and shower products are provided.

La Maison Manati Villa boasts a magnificent private gym on the second floor. Here you have the option to stay active and keep fit while on vacation. Begin your morning with a bit of exercise to refresh you before a day of exploring the countryside. If you wish to sit back and relax while you are away, you can also take advantage of the movie theatre available to you. Spend a day relaxing or have a movie night with family and friends.

The furnishings and bedding in this villa are of the highest quality. Each room has a unique design, refined decoration, and beautiful views. Bath and beach towels and shower products are provided.

The staff at La Maison Manati will be on hand for the duration of your vacation to ensure your vacation is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. They include a chef service and a housekeeper. The chef will be at your villa 7 hours a day. A cook is also available. They can prepare meals for you including all the flavors that Mexico has on offer. They can also prepare anything you desire as well as adhere to dietary restrictions.
