Nestled in the prestigious Terres Basses, Villa La Hacienda offers a harmonious blend of Spanish-Caribbean charm and contemporary elegance, designed to maximize outdoor living and breathtaking views. The villa welcomes guests through a covered courtyard with Old World wooden doors, tiled floors, and lush tropical plantings, leading to a stunning panorama framed by royal palms and vibrant pink bougainvillea. The sapphire sea and azure sky provide a picturesque backdrop, transitioning from serene daytime hues to dramatic sunset vistas.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living. The villa's multi-level Epi wood decks and terraces offer endless opportunities for dining, lounging, or sunbathing in complete privacy or alongside friends and family. The upper deck, adjacent to the main living area, features wide-covered gazebos ideal for lounging, dining, or firing up the barbecue. Step down to the lower-level pool, surrounded by expansive sundecks and shaded terraces, perfect for relaxation or a refreshing swim.
Elegant Interiors. The interior great room boasts terracotta floors and dark, vaulted Spanish-style ceilings, creating a breezy and light ambiance. Pocket doors open to the panoramic view, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. Decorated in a serene palette of whites and taupes with dark wood accents, the space exudes understated elegance. Spanish-inspired doors and windows throughout add an exotic charm, while the newly updated kitchen is sleek, modern, and fully equipped for culinary adventures.
Villa La Hacienda now boasts seven beautiful bedrooms, offering ample space and comfort for larger groups.
Connected to the main building, a private casita is located off the upper deck (Bedroom 1). This spacious room features serene decor in whites and tans, accented with rich dark wood. Spanish-style shutters add charm and privacy. The casita offers stunning sea and garden views, along with a private patio. The spa-inspired bathroom, designed in travertine with dark wood accents, includes a luxurious walk-in shower. Please note, this bedroom has exterior access only.
Two additional bedrooms are conveniently connected to the interior living space (Bedrooms 2 and 3), making them ideal for families with children. One room features bunk beds, while the other has a king-sized bed. These rooms share a spa-style bathroom and a lovely patio-style terrace.
On the villa's right wing, four newly constructed, modern bedrooms provide extra comfort and privacy (Bedrooms 4, 5, 6, and 7). Each room offers tranquil garden views, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, spacious walk-in closets, and access to a shared covered terrace.
