Welcome to La Favorita Villa St Martin, a luxury 3-bedroom villa rental located close to St Martin’s wonderful beaches. Its modern design combined with the warm decoration and the privacy of Terres-Basses makes this villa La Favorita among the favourites.

The villa offers a bright and airy feel. Outdoors the terrace has a lovely pool with sea views. There are lovely outdoor seating and a dining area with a nice pool and BBQ. The villa also has a paddling pool wrapped around the main pool.

The villa comes with a superb open view of the Caribbean Sea, Baie Longue, and surrounding areas. This new and beautiful 3-bedroom villa is suitably positioned; just a 2-minute drive from both Baie Longue and Plum Bay beaches.

The villa comes with 3 luxury bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located at pool level and the 3rd bedroom is located downstairs. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathrooms with showers (additional outside shower for beds 1 & 2), air conditioning, ceiling fans, Plasma TV & DVD. Bedroom 3 offers a private terrace and Bedroom 1 has a small attached additional air-conditioned bedroom with one single bed.

Great villa. We spent most of our vacation on the terrace. It is really impressive and the pool is also lovely. The villa is extremely spacious and I loved the outdoor shower! Stunning Ocean views in Les Terres Basses

Expert Review Pic This villa offers stunning ocean views from the large terrace and infinity pool. The terrace also features a large outdoor dining area and an open plan kitchen. Beautiful modern villa

Expert Review Pic This is a beautiful modern villa with a gated entrance. The driveway in is very pretty and has a well maintained garden. The living room as well as the bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa is perfect for families or couples travelling together. it is is good to note that the villa has mosquito system. I especially love the modern decor of the villa and our housekeeper Cindy was so lovely and welcoming.
