Welcome to La Dacha, a 5-bedroom oceanfront villa, located along the coast of St Martin. This luxurious Caribbean vacation rental is one of Exceptional Villas’ ideally located properties. It is nestled in the exclusive gated community of Les Terres Basses and is a minutes’ drive from two of the best beaches, the Long bay, and Plum Bay beach. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably and is perfect for families or groups of friends/couples travelling to the island.

The villa is peacefully perched along the cliffside of Les Terres Basses. It features breathtaking, panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and in the distance, you can also see the neighbouring island Anguilla. Surrounded by beautiful lush tropical gardens, the villa is a private oasis featuring high end amenities and a location like no other.

Making your way into the villa you will instantly notice the ocean views that can be enjoyed from every angle. The main living area is extremely spacious and is designed in an open plan layout, with smooth tiled floors, high vaulted ceilings, and large windows. The space is flooded with light and is kept at a refreshing temperature with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. La Dacha has the additional bonus of its very own private gym. The gym is separate from the villa and is nestled in the lush garden, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Making your way out onto the sun-soaked terrace, your eyes will fall on the oversized infinity pool, seamlessly blending into the ocean views beyond. Enjoy a refreshing morning swim or a few laps to cool off after lounging under the sun. On either side, of the pool are sun beds and outdoors sofas. There is an alfresco dining room perched on the edge of the terrace, perfect for watching the vibrant and dramatic sunsets.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds. The 4th bedroom has two queen beds and the 5th bedroom has one queen bed. Three of the bedrooms are located around on the pool level and two are located on the lower level. All the bathrooms have a private shower, are air-conditioned, and four have also an outdoor shower.

LOCATION DETAILS
The Caribbean Island of St Martin is divided into two sides, the French and Dutch sides. Its natural features include large lagoons, white/golden sand beaches and salt pans. The island has a vibrant tourist-friendly ambience and nightlife. It offers its guests a profusion of shopping opportunities as well as the famous duty-free shops. The island is dotted with high-end luxury resorts and the most exceptional villas.

La Dacha is located on the French side. It is specifically based on a gated community called Les Terres Basses, which has full-time security and a gated entrance. The villas here are very ultra-luxurious and there are three beaches that are all a short drive from the villas – Baie Rouge, Baie Longue and Plum Bay (which has the best sunsets). It has guards at the gates of the community to get in and out. At night, the security guards also drive around the community to ensure that everything is peaceful. Long Bay and Plum Bay beaches are only minutes away.

There are no restaurants or shops within Les Terres Basses. The closest would be in Puerto Cupecoy Marina, where you will find a marina with watersport activities, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream, shops, and a supermarket for groceries. This is less than a ten-minute drive. The area of Maho is also close by – a fifteen-minute drive will lead you to this vibrant and busy area.
