Now beautifully restored, the villa overlooks the same horse arena and paddocks where riders once trained, with sweeping views that stretch out across the Tuscan countryside.

The entire Borgo Pignano estate has a long and fascinating history, dating back to the 12th century. In the 13th century, it even served as a hospital run by the Order of St. Anthony.

Later, in the 1600s, it became a grand rural estate under the Incontri family. After World War II, the property fell into disrepair for a time, but starting in 2000, it underwent a careful and thoughtful restoration.
