La Bagatelle

Welcome to La Bagatelle Villa a stunning 2-bedroom villa rental located off the Anse Chastanet Road in Soufriere St Lucia. The newly refurbished villa is composed of 5400 sq ft including a small intimate swimming pool. The views of Les Pitons and the stunning open blue sea are outstanding from the villa as well as the view of St Vincent Island which can be seen on clear days.

It is located only 1.5 miles from Soufriere and a 5-minute drive to Anse Chastanet beach which has excellent diving facilities and snorkeling just off the beach in a protected marine park. The Soufriere area of St. Lucia is the most beautiful part of the island with its Sulphur Springs, Botanical Gardens and Mineral Baths, rain forest and unspoiled coastline. This villa is perfect for people who appreciate natural beauty and lovely surroundings.

La Bagatelle villa was completely reconstructed and refurbished in 1999 and features gorgeous wooden floors, Italian tiled bathrooms, two large bedrooms with antique West Indian four-poster beds, and stunning antique furniture with bright whitewashed walls and ceilings. The villa is set among beautifully landscaped gardens with a wide variety of tropical plants and their scents greeting you on arrival to the villa.

The large open plan south-facing living room, pool, and fully equipped kitchen are upstairs boasting the most sea views and views of Les Pitons. The living room hosts 2 large couches with cozy cushions, a hammock, and an impressive 4 poster day bed for relaxing and reading and just simply enjoying the view and sunlight. The pool is 18ftx10ft and has a clay tiled terrace at the side for the cushioned pool loungers.

The 2 bedrooms are downstairs both with antique 4 poster beds and both en suite with showers and large walk-in closets. One has a double and queen both fitted with mosquito nets and the other Master has a large 4-poster king. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows and doors that open out to the incredible sea views and refreshing sea breeze.

The owners of La Bagatelle live next door and their tennis court below the house is available to you. This villa can also be rented with Tamarind House which is right next door and is interconnected through a garden pathway this would be perfect for 2 families traveling together.

STAFF:
When you stay at La Bagatelle, you will be personally cared for by Villa’s own Housekeeper, Cook, and Gardener. The housekeeper will work six days, 9 am- 2 pm. You will feel welcomed and pampered throughout your stay. In the house or by the pool, the staff will be on hand to look after your every need and ensure your comfort at all times.
