Welcome to Villa Kyreve, one of the most exclusive and luxurious 4 bedroom villas located in the hilltop community of Lurin overlooking St. Jean and St Martin in the distance.
The nearest beach is Gouverneur which is a short drive away. Gouverneur Beach is really lovely and largely unspoiled. It has a superb stretch of sand surrounded by high cliffs. It offers good swimming and snorkelling by the rocks. It also offers a wonderful view of Nevis and St Kitts. The only way to get to Gouverneur is by a steep narrow road so the beach is almost always quiet and well worth the short drive.
A water-wall fountain sets the tone as you enter the villa, then you are met by the mesmerising views over of St. Jean Bay and the blue sea beyond. Fully open to the wide teak deck and glistening pool is the loft-like main living area, with comfortable white-upholstered sofas and a sheltered dining table for eight.
The adjacent, open kitchen offers the aspiring chef the luxury of top-quality appliances and the pleasure of still being part of the party while preparing a meal.
The beautiful Asian inspired villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with magnificent sea views. The living area leads out to the wooden deck and terrace which features a stunning pool with plenty of outdoor space .
The thoughtfulness of Villa Kyreve’s design does not stop at decorations and furnishings. The architectural layout provides privacy without sacrificing convenience.
This stunning villa features 4 luxury bedrooms. Each offers warm wood tones with a splash of colour throughout. There are 3 large King Bedrooms and One twin bedrooms.
Two of the villa’s four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath, are located on either side of the main living area, and open directly onto the terrace and magnificent ocean view. The third and fourth bedroom is on a lower level, each with its own bath and private deck.

Gustavia is also very close to the villa. Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere. In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder.
