On entering this beautiful property, guests are greeted by a large and welcoming open plan living space. Superb views of the Pacific Ocean can be seen from the moment you step inside! This wonderful room comprises a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, inviting living area and dining area. Calming colours used in this room are a gentle nod to the tranquil location of the villa.

This property features four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, two bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed and another bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms are bright and spacious with plenty of storage space, an in-room television and DVD player and ceiling fan. Three of the bedrooms have a full bathroom and the fourth has a powder room. There are also two additional powder rooms.

Laundry facilities feature too for guests' convenience.

Stepping outside, guests can enjoy the incredible views from the private lanai. The cliff-side location of Kohala Coast Waterfront Home ensures a unique stay and tropical views to the stunning rugged coast and the azure Pacific Ocean cannot be underestimated to put a restless mind at ease. A barbeque features for cooking up a storm with some local ingredients and can be sampled by your guests at the outdoor dining table. A private pool terrace allows for soaking up the warm Hawaii sunshine and the views from here are simply divine! Sun loungers feature under a gazebo for relaxing with a good book. On the next level up a Jacuzzi and cozy seating area also feature. There is plenty of space on the lanai and the different levels ensure guests some privacy.
