An imposing oceanfront villa, with a sweeping rear terrace that opens up the entire rear of the home to magnificent panoramic views and refreshing sea breezes, Kiko is ideally positioned on Paynes Bay beach, one of the most sought-after locations in Barbados, close to the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and a short drive from the attractions of nearby Holetown, where some of the best dining in Barbados can be found.

The sun-filled terrace hosts a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by an assortment of sun loungers, from oversized sunbeds on the deck of the pool to single loungers for retiring to with a favourite book. The terrace reaches all the way down to the edge of the beach, where the impossibly clear aquamarine water of the Caribbean Sea beckons from behind the fence.

The elegant and modern decor inside with plantation-style elements combines with the idyllic tropical setting outside to give Kiko its unique magic. The interior of the villa is beautifully crafted with magnificent coral stone pillars and chic Italian marble flooring, keeping the decoration to a minimum and allowing the ocean views to feature prominently.

The downstairs great room has a bright and airy open-concept layout, featuring massive floor-to-ceiling window walls of glass that slide away to open up the living space to the poolside terrace and fresh sea breezes.

The large open plan rooms beautifully maximize the natural light of the Caribbean sunshine and highlight the colourful local artwork which adorns the walls. The main living room leads seamlessly to a formal dining table, where your in-house chef will serve delicious meals as required.
Entertainment and recreation opportunities are plentiful at Kiko, with on-site features including a games room, a fully immersing home cinema, ceiling surround sound speaker system, a fully equipped gym, a yoga studio and a decadent spa with a sauna.

The two luxury master suites take up the top floor of the home, one at either end, affording complete privacy. A shared living area sits between the two suites, with a large flat-screen TV, a huge breezy balcony with superb, elevated views and a small kitchenette.

The two decadent master suites feature king-sized beds, private balconies, adjoining dressing rooms, en-suite oversized bathrooms each with cool marbled floors, private tub, double rain showers and state-of-the-art design elements which include high-end materials.

On the second floor, there are 6 further bedrooms, all boasting private balconies with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. With family groups in mind, sleeping arrangements are flexible, with two of the bedrooms featuring three single beds making it ideal for children, a family-style set-up, side by side, allowing families with youngsters to be close to each other.

The remaining ‘garden’ bedroom is situated on the ground floor with external access. All the suites are furnished to exceptionally high standards of contemporary interior design with hues of cool blues and greys which blend with the aquamarine water outside, creating a relaxing and romantic ambience.
