On either side of the living area, you'll find two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. Air conditioning is provided in both the living area and bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the home. The lower floor also includes a convenient laundry room for added practicality.
