The villa encompasses a total of 9,000 square feet of lavish interior and exterior living space. The rooms are designed using a modern style laced with a hint of Balinese luxury. The property is based in a nature preserve and so it holds a plethora of tropical sea life along the child-friendly beach. The waters are calm and safe, making it the perfect place to enjoy some water sports activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, or snorkeling.

Walkout onto the terrace and breath in the crisp morning air. The terrace is the perfect spot to watch the unobstructed views as the sun rises over this tropical paradise. Make your way into the main living areas and notice your gaze falling on the infinite shades of blues from the infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The interiors are open and spacious, full of light from the large windows and hand-woven high-vaulted ceilings. The décor follows a modern, Bali-inspired style that is reflected in each room. The Great Room acts as the main living area and enjoys direct access out onto the terrace via the sliding glass walls, creating an effortless flow from the interiors to the exteriors. The large gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. Just off the terrace, there is a tantalizing Tiki Bar, perfect for mixing up some delicious cocktails in the evenings. Take the spiral staircase up two levels and you will discover the Crow’s Nest, a secluded rooftop living area. This incredible space includes a plunge tub and unrivaled views of the remarkable Caribbean sunsets over the Cayman Islands.

The villa has a total of 6 + 1 luxurious bedrooms. The first bedroom is found on the ground floor of the main villa. This large king-sized suite includes access out onto the private patio where there is a refreshing alfresco shower. Making your way up the grand staircase you will then discover the three master suites on the second floor. These bedrooms indulge in breathtaking views as each has access out onto multiple balconies. The main Master Suite encompasses 1000 sq. ft of living space and includes three private balconies. The room is fitted with a large walk-in closet as well as a sunken deep-soaking bathtub and rainfall shower in the en-suite. The room is complete with an elegant study. The study has the option of being converted into an additional bedroom if requested, turning it into the +1 or Bedroom #7 as per the description hereunder. The second Master Suite also includes three private balconies, a large closet, and a deep-soaking bathtub, and a rainfall shower. A large balcony connects the two Master Suites and provides an ample seating area overlooking your pool, white sand beach, and the Caribbean Sea. The remaining king suite is found through the library and enjoys views of the garden from the balcony.

The villa includes an additional living space in the Bali Bungalow. This area offers your guests a separate living space that provides plenty of amenities. The rooms indulge in high vaulted ceilings and hold the two remaining bedrooms. Each is fitted with its own private en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a large King-sized suite found on one side of the bungalow through its own private entrance. The room indulges in its own private deck, a large closet, and a luxurious spa-style bathroom, and includes an alfresco shower. The second bedroom includes four comfortable twin beds. Both bedrooms enjoy access out into the tropical gardens offering a secluded place to relax.
