Welcome to our beautiful villa Kassie, a stunning seven bedroom villa located within the gated community of Formosa Gardens. The property has a neutral décor and a huge open plan space.
Situated close to Disney, this luxurious 7-bedroom home has enough space to sleep up to 14 guests. This home benefits from a wide range of entertainment facilities including a home theater, a games room, a personal gym and an upstairs lounge area with a pool table, a foosball table and comfortable seating.
Villa Kassie has a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. Our concierge can also arrange for a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and seating for four guests which is the perfect area for having breakfast or snacks throughout the day. The villa has a formal dining room that can seat up to 10 persons.
Outside you will find a large private pool with a spillover tub and a covered lanai with an alfresco dining area. The 45ft pool is perfect for swimming laps or enjoying a leisurely paddle. There is also a large hot tub and the deck itself has sun loungers and chairs to lounge around the pool. In this area, there is also a dining area that can seat up to 14 persons and it also features a large gas BBQ.
The villa is also great for groups where some individuals have to work offering a computer station with 21” Apple Mac, Samsung laser printer and shredder and a new router. The villa also has two massage chairs with one in the games room upstairs and the other one is in the master bedroom downstairs.
The villa has Wifi and off-road parking for up to six cars. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and ironing board and iron.
