Offering four beautiful bedrooms, this property has been recently renovated and will be the perfect vacation home for a vacation in this paradise.

Upon entering the Karukera, the beautiful panoramic view before you will dazzle you with tropical mountains and the endless blue sea and sky. The view alone will create a calm and peaceful atmosphere allowing you to relax till your heart's content.

Karukera boasts a beautiful outdoor area. This space includes a free-form infinity pool, a large open deck with plenty of room for poolside sunbathing, and a gazebo with a sitting area to enjoy the cool island breeze. Here you can read a book, enjoy a refreshing beverage, and enjoy views of our smaller neighboring islands, Green Cay, Pinel, and Tintamarre.

A covered outdoor dining area is also located just steps from the kitchen. This is a perfect place for enjoying al fresco lunches or dinners during cozy times with guests. The beautiful entryway leads to a spacious, open living and dining area with views of the pool and ocean. With an abundance of seating, this great room is ideal for spending quality time with friends and family, as well as being able to entertain.

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an island. Here you can prepare meals for your loved ones, or if you wish, you can have a chef come to the villa and create magnificent dishes inspired by flavors of the Caribbean. Feel free to discuss any preferences or requirements with your concierge before your arrival. Delicious meals can be enjoyed while the sea views act as the most incredible backdrop.

The master bedroom at Karukera opens out onto the pool and has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, and Jacuzzi. The other two poolside bedrooms each have a king-size bed, and an ensuite-bathroom with an outdoor shower.

The fourth bedroom on the property is located in a separate bungalow. Located just a few steps away from the main house, the bungalow boasts a lot of privacy and a magnificent ocean view. The bungalow also features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, its own terrace, and a small kitchenette. This space could be ideal for couples in the group or anyone looking for privacy while also enjoying a wonderful family vacation.

The villa is ideal for families, friends, or couples. It offers the space and comfort needed to sit and relax while enjoying the warm sunshine and peaceful island life. Although secluded, you are only a 3-minute drive to the famous Orient Bay beach, restaurants, bars, and stores. You are also a short drive from the fantastic culinary scene of Grand Case, or the beautiful beach of Anse Marcel.

This property can also be rented as a 3 or a 4-bedroom villa.

LOCATION:
Orient Beach has been compared to the famous strands of Southern France, with chic St. Tropez frequently mentioned as a reference point.

The remaining stretch of Orient Beach is wide open, and both residents and return visitors can't escape the bay's beauty to be back in its natural state. Wind- and kite surfers have returned in numbers, and there are a lot of sporting activities to be found.

The adjacent development of Orient Village offers several fantastic restaurants at the central plaza with frequent live entertainment. The anchor beach bars, namely Bikini Beach, Kakao Beach, and Kontiki Beach, have been rebuilt and are better than before; other beach bars will follow soon.
