The two signature Oceanfront Pool Villas at Kanda Residences boast an outstanding location right alongside the beach with breath-taking ocean views. The ocean front villa is in a stunning location just steps from the sea and offers wonderful ocean views. The living area is spacious and modern with plenty of space and light. Guests booking our Ocean Front villa can choose to book either a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom villa or four bedroom villa. In the 4 bedroom Retreat Villa you will find two elegant king bedrooms and two twin rooms. The villas are private and ideal for a family holiday to Koh Samui.

Great location and stunning views

Expert Review Pic I have just come back from staying at Kanda Residences. The location is superb as you are close to Cheongmon, Chaweng and Fisherman's village. There are two 4 bed ocean fronts and they are the nicest villas at the resort and I would highly recommend them. There is a master bedroom in each along with 3 other bedrooms. In total there are two kings and two twins in each of the villas. Once bedroom is not en-suite. The views are stunning and the pool is fab. The beach here however is not the best, it is rocky but is great for snorkelling or kayacking. There are complimentary kayacks. Chawengs beaches are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The resort is not known for its beach but is very well known for the Rock Pool restaurant which is a must. The atmosphere, ambiance, design and cuisine is second to none and is one of my favourites places to be in the resort. The communal pool area is also wonderful.
