The terrace at Kailio receives plenty of sun, so if you have come to the beautiful Caribbean island of St Barts to soak up some rays, you’re in luck! Lay out on one of the poolside sun loungers, underneath a parasol if you need some shade, and feel the lovely warm breeze on your skin. The terrace boasts incredible ocean views, so you can marvel at the sun as it sets on the sparkling water of the bay. The gorgeous pool at Kailio is perfect for a dip when you need to cool off while taking in the magnificent tropical scenery all around you.

Under the covered area of the terrace, you will find an outdoor lounge area with comfortable couches and a coffee table. This is a truly great place to watch the famed Caribbean sunsets in the evening. The vaulted ceiling above you rises high, creating a sense of space and peace. This part of the terrace also contains a large outdoor dining table for enjoying your meals with a view. An additional air-conditioned indoor lounge area can be found alongside the terrace, perfect for movie nights in front of the large TV.

Whether you prefer to prepare your meals using the gas barbecue or inside in the fully equipped kitchen, you are sure to find everything you need at Kailio. The kitchen opens up to the dining terrace and offers incredible ocean views. A breakfast bar with stools can be found here, allowing you to chat with your guests as you prepare lavish dishes together or drink a cup of coffee in the mornings.
