Nothing more energy filling than a good, vigorous swim in the sea water, or you may just want to relax on the beach enjoying the panoramic views to the northwest capturing the blue waters off the coast and the boat traffic from other island visitors moving to and fro Stingray city, the island’s number one attraction.
Kai Conut’s is a spacious home offering ample living areas, a recently renovated kitchen and dining areas that are separated from the outdoors by yards of windows and sliding doors that leave the home filled with sunlight year-round. The living room is furnished with a large flatscreen TV so that you do not miss your favorite team’s games and ample seating accommodation with an enormous comfy leather sectional sofa. If you are planning on showing off your culinary skills, the kitchen is fully fitted with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of counter space and, so that you do not feel lonely while at work, you can invite your favorite member of the group to keep you company by sitting at the bar.
The outdoor area has an ample elevated terrace with more dining space, a barbecue setup, sun loungers and a lovely pool. A couple of steps down and you are on the sandy beach, and as expected, a hammock surrounded by palm trees and ready to lull you to a good sleep or to help you enjoy your favorite book. Definitely a perfect place for Island living enjoyment.
Special to this villa is its own private dock which is perfect for a boat charter pick-up or drop-off. So whether you are planning on doing some island sight-seeing from the water, swimming with sting-rays or want to get to Stingray City without the need of a car, this is definitely a nice added touch to your vacation.
This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults in five very well-appointed bedrooms and 2 children: Bedroom 1 – Oceanfront Master Suite #1: beachfront suite with a king-sized bed, a wall of windows showcasing the ocean view, a TV, and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 – Oceanfront Master Suite #2: beachfront suite with a king-sized bed, couch, TV, garden and ocean views, and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 – King Bedroom: garden view bedroom with a king bed and a shared bath with the queen and twin bedroom. Bedroom 4 – Queen Bedroom: garden view bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bath with the king and twin bedroom. Bedroom 5 – Twin Bedroom: garden view bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bath with the queen and king bedroom. Twin beds can be made up as a king bed upon request.
Two children can be accommodated in a queen sleeper sofa in the north King Suite and an additional pull out sofa in the living area.

• All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival using health agency-approved cleaners and disinfectants. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager.
This villa is a beachfront home. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
The sunsets here are wonderful, but the big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, watersports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop and pick-up beach volleyball games. Also nearby is the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar and marina.
The homes on the sound front in Cayman Kai offer the best beaches as they don’t have as much marine and plant life trying to make a home in the shallows. The beaches here are typically soft white sand. The homes facing west offer barefoot swimming in shallow calm water. The homes facing south (Kai Rumba, Pools of the Kai, Kai Sound Studio) have great white sand beaches with softer sea bottom. You will probably want to walk across the street to swim in sandier water.
Lastly, about 20 minutes east we have two large resorts (Morritts and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, ocean front pools and bar service.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Queen owns up to the high water mark and the shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website because of the weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
