Justina’s unique architecture combines elements of modern style on the inside, while elements of Tudor and Mediterranean Revival encompass this exclusive retreat. With a full 7 bedrooms, that can sleep 20 guests, and 5 and a half bathroom this is a unique private retreat.

The house features a huge eat-in chefs kitchen and is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerators, stovetops and microwaves and separate dining areas, including the main dining room with soaring ceilings, perfect for that special evening with your own private chef that can be arranged by our dedicated concierge team.

The air-conditioned accommodation at this luxury villa offers a variety of accommodation, with some rooms that open to balconies with additional seating for some ‘chill out time’.

The family room offers HD TV and games, a parlor, full wet bar and entertaining area replete with shower and pool table. Justina even has its own movie theater complete with HD Dolby Digital Sound, theater seats and blackout shades! The latter overlooks the stunning outdoor pool below which features a waterslide and waterfalls. There is an outdoor gas grill, perfect for a casual bbq lunch by the pool and all inside your own private gated oasis.

Bedroom 1 Master:
The luxurious master bedroom suite is very spacious, decorated in a modern style and includes a large office, as well as his and her bathrooms, one of which features a jacuzzi tub, the other a steam shower and extensive walk in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2:
Guest bedroom one and two both have two queen beds with a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom, and are decorated in modern clean tones.

Bedroom 3:
Guest bedroom three has one queen bed with a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom

Bedroom 4:
There is one twin bedroom with single beds and a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom, the movie theater has a king size sofa bed and finally the maids quarter has one queen size bed with its own half bathroom attached.

All bedrooms have televisions, DVD players and video-games consoles, plus coffee/tea makers and irons and ironing boards. The luxurious bathrooms include bathtubs or showers and hair dryers. Villa Justina bedrooms are perfect for large families, groups of friends or even business travelers – as the Miami Convention Center is less than 30 minutes drive from the house.

The heater for the pool and jacuzzi requires a surcharge of $100 per day to use.

Villa Justina, a luxury 7 bedroom villa located in Miami is just a 20 minute drive to Miami Beach, regarded as America’s Riviera. A truly cosmopolitan city that is a main attraction for luxury travelers.
As well as exploring Miami Beach’s world-famous Art Deco architecture, it also offers everything from renowned nightclubs to shopping for designer fashions along South Beach’s Ocean Drive, Washington Avenue and Lincoln Road, there’s so much going on in Miami Beach that you might need extra time to enjoy all it offers.

Well worth a visit is the Fontainbleau Hotel, which has featured in many films, television and music videos, including the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger and the 1992 film The Bodyguard starring Whitney Houston.

Wynwood Walls, just an 18 minute drive, was the brainchild of the late Tony Goldman in 2009. His simple idea was “Wynwood’s large stock of warehouse buildings, all with no windows, would be my giant canvases to bring to them the greatest street art ever seen in one place.” Since then, Wynwood Walls has played host to the greatest artists working in graffiti and street art.
