Walkout onto the terrace and breathe in the crisp morning air. The terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sun stretch over this tropical paradise and along the serene cove. Dine alfresco on the terrace as you enjoy some delicious Caribbean treats or indulge in a tantalizing continental breakfast. With the beach as your backyard, you can walk along the shoreline easily. For some exceptional swimming visit Rum Point Beach Club and enjoy a drink as you let the waves lap over your toes. Returning to the villa you can lounge by the pool or in the hammock as you read your favorite book. The azure water of the pool is cool and refreshing, perfect to cool off after sunbathing or after exploring the island.

The villa has its own outdoor BBQ area, with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining. Entertain your guests by serving up the catch of the day. Dine under the stars or even organize n evening kayaking on the cove. The bio-luminescence here gives the water a magical glowing effect as you paddle on this calm water. The villa comes with 3 kayaks.

The villa has a screened atrium on the back of the villa with views of the beach and ample seating. Making your way into the villa you will notice the bright and airy design. The open plan room blends the living, dining, and kitchen space into one. With neutral tones, vaulted ceilings, and smooth tiled floors, the room stays bright and cool during the warm summer months. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and complete with granite countertops. A separate granite wet bar seats an additional four guests and has a built-in wine cooler

LOCATION DETAILS
Just for Fun is located along the glistening coast of the Grand Cayman Islands in Cayman Kai. The property is based specifically in the tranquil and sought-after location of Rum Point on the northern part of the island. This location is simply moments away from the famous Starfish Point. The villa is based on the beach which overlooks the cove.

The beachfront homes in Cayman Kai/Rum Point offer calm water for docking a rental boat and provides shallow swimming water for young ones. The cove here is great for swimming however, a short walk from the villa is Rum Point Beach Club which provides excellent swimming and beach access. This is a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. Nearby is the Kaibo Yacht Club which provides an incredible fine dining restaurant, as well as a casual beach bar and grill.
