Welcome to Joie de Vivre, our luxurious 3 bedroom property located in the gated community of Terres Basses with superb views of Baie Rouge and the island of Anguilla. The villa is located directly on the beach at Baie Rouge so it really has a wonderful beachside setting.
Joie de Vivre is built on three levels with three spacious ensuite bedrooms, a fantastic outside living area with views of the tropical sea, and a large swimming pool with a poolside gazebo. The décor of Joie de Vivre is tastefully furnished with rich furnishings and has an overall modern Caribbean impression. The villa was designed very much with outdoor living in mind and is the perfect property for families and couples to relax. Joie De Vivre is the perfect villa for a luxurious Caribbean vacation.
The villa has a fully equipped mahogany kitchen which is open plan. The villa has 3 gorgeous king-size bedrooms that all feature air conditioning, DVD, ceiling fans, and TV. The villa is equipped with a Satellite TV and a stereo sound system throughout.

Located only 50 yards from the main villa, it is the perfect option for in-laws who want privacy or to be used as a nanny suite. The main living space's open and inviting layout will feature a new modern, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV. The stylish, redesigned bathroom features an oversized shower. The new furniture also mirrors the main villa's modern coastal aesthetic and the queen size bedroom includes the same Heavenly® Bed and luxury linens along with a smart TV. The covered front porch offers 2 lounge chairs with ottoman and a bistro table with chairs. The private backyard sundeck has scenic water views and is outfitted with an umbrella and chaise longues.
