Jocapana

Welcome our beautiful Villa Jocapana St Barts, located in Lurin overlooking the hillside and town and the ocean beyond. The villa has 3 bedrooms with the most wonderful sunsets and is only minutes from the shops and restaurants in Gustavia.

The living area has high ceilings and has air-conditioning featuring US Satellite TV and opens onto the covered deck via the sliding glass doors. In the living space, there is also a modern well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast island and chairs.

The Master bedroom is in a separate bungalow above the pool and has a large terrace with a seating area. The other 2 bedrooms are located outside the living area and both are ensuite with an indoor and outdoor shower that can be completely open to the outside.

Villa Jocapana has a beautiful gazebo just above the living room which is usually used for yoga or a fitness area but is also a great area to lounge. The spacious covered deck offers a large dining table and comfortable seating for everyone so is a great entertainment area.
The large pool is heated and loungers surround it so it really is the perfect area to enjoy the tropical breezes and ample sun. The villa also has a gas grill and Sonos sound system,

Villa Jocapana has daily maid service six days a week.
